Expense Tracker terms of service

The service
Expense Tracker lets you record, review, total and export your own expenses from AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. It is free. It records expenses only: it never moves money, connects to bank accounts or makes payments.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Use the service only for your own records and in line with the law. Don't try to access other people's data, overload the service, or get around its security.
Your data
Your expenses belong to you. We store them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export them as CSV at any time, and deleting your account removes them.
Accuracy
Amounts, dates and categories are entered by you or worked out by your AI assistant from what you share. Check important entries before relying on them for tax, accounting or reimbursement. Expense Tracker is not financial, tax or legal advice.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop the service; if we plan to stop it, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data. If these terms change, the date above changes too.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Favas Kottayil is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on entries you didn't check.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
