Expense Tracker privacy policy

Applies to the service at https://expenseagent.reviewbit.app.

What we collect

• Your Google account identity: Google's account id, your email address, name and profile picture address, when you sign in.
• Expenses you save: date, merchant, amount, currency, tax, category and note, as you or Claude enter them.
• Sign-in records: which app connected (for example Claude) and the tokens that keep it connected. Tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.

We do not receive or store your conversations with Claude, beyond the information Claude sends to the tools you use.

How we use and store it

Only to provide the service: to save, show, total and export your own expenses. Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database operated by us, and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Each account can see only its own expenses.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except the infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, and when required by law. Information you choose to show in Claude is processed by Anthropic under its own terms.

Retention and deletion

Expenses are kept until you delete them or your account. You can delete single expenses at any time, or ask Claude to delete your expense tracker account, which removes your account, all your expenses and all sign-ins immediately. Expired sign-in records are removed automatically within a day. Backups, if any, are overwritten within 30 days.
